How do I know I am dealing with a distributor and why would I want to ?

Motorola has a tight reign on who they allow to become an 'Authorised' distributor, you have to pass all the right protocols and that is why here at DCRS we are so very proud to be an authorised distributor. In the UK they have 48 authorised distributors of which DCRS are in the TOP TEN.

So what differences would you notice?
1. Our equipment comes from a genuine source – Motorola, they are not grey imports and they will be covered by a genuine Motorola warranty.
2. Your equipment will always be backed up with the support of DCRS, authorised to support and repair Motorola equipment.
3. Any repairs carried out to your two way radios are done at our service centre by our Motorola trained technicians not a third party thus quicker turn around time for you.
4. We receive regular training directly from Motorola to give you our customers the best possibly expertise on the products we supply.

Its all in the logo , An authorised dealer would show a logo like this

And a non-authorised like this
